I spent a decade in the Parisian tech scene — building apps, scaling startups, and learning every hard lesson the fast way. I've shipped products used by hundreds of thousands, raised capital, hired teams, and navigated the chaos that comes with building something from nothing.
Today I live outside Marrakech, where I've returned to my Moroccan roots. The distance from the startup grind gave me perspective. I coach founders who want to build with intention — combining sharp strategy with the kind of deep clarity you can only find when you step back from the noise.
